On average, I liked S1. First off, I love the concept. A werewolf a vampire and a ghost rent a flat together. That's awesome. Gilbert as guest ghost was the peak of the season. And I do not claim that there were parts of the last half that I didn't enjoy; I just found the "what, really?" factor growing.
I've seen a couple of the S2 episodes, and while they're not as egregious, they are definitely falling into the 'meh' category.
