It's been a nice relaxing weekend, I think.
I'd like to thank guest DJ "Hot" Sax for coming over and putting together a new mix disc. (Stealing Home--I'll put the playlist up, along with the others I haven't gotten done yet, this week.)
As a final note, now that Christmas is over I'm going to buy a membership to AAA. If one of you /did/ buy one for me as a present and hasn't told me, Now Is The Time, as PWEI used to say.

Correction: I did not put together a "mixed disc" as such. The phrase implies an aesthetic sense of taste and balance and savior-faire. None of that was involved with that CD. My strange whims and a desire to gather certain interesting sounding songs without having to pay Big Bucks were the prime motivators. You can easily draw comparisions of the experience with the Victorian richman's collecting of antiquities. ("Gee, this thingy looks cool --- I think I'll buy/steal it.")

For Gertrude's sake, I hope you trashed the playlist after I left.
