XP or loot?

Last night, I had some awesome tequila and a really nice molasses-y rum (but only because it was called Kraken Rum and I needed every excuse I could get to say "Release the Kraken!"). And my D&D character met this really nice girl.

So I was in a good mood when I read Felicity's most recent column. However, I think you will like it even without the addition of Kraken. It's about Geek Valentines.

I think it depends largely on the definition of 'we'.
Generally speaking, though? I go for XP. Because XP can't get stolen or destroyed by dragon's breath or disintegrated by a rust monster.
