cyranoUpdatey updatiness--inital plans were, as earlier stated, to have a new shift up yesterday. I think I can still do it by Monday, so only a week late. Besides overscheduling, I was also crawling my library for four playlists at once: Pop, Dance, and playlists for Tax Day and Beltaine.
Current standings:
Beltaine, 6.4 hours. Looks like about a month and two shifts starting around May Day.
Money, 2.6 hours. Probably one special shift in the middle of April.
Pop, 11.3 hours, which is about six weeks of material.
Dance, tentatively titled "Peppermintz/Girder" with a two-club theme, 19.6 hours. Which means I'll probably run it as a recurring theme on and off.
So, around 06 March I start Pop!, with artwork provided by Amanda Jones. I can probably run this for three shifts until sometime around 10-15 April when I run one or two weeks of Vitamin Cash. Then, depending on schedule, maybe two weeks of Peppermintz/Girder before May and Vitamin Maypole after that.
Oh yeah, I forgot to include a link to the station page. Sooner or later, I'll get the hang of self-promotion.
