1. Well Poo
I ordered Dragon Age II when Amazon had its big sale. It arrived while I was in Arizona, but it's for the PSIII. q:

2. Run for the Border
Did I mention I went to Arizona? Well I did. There were friends who needed visiting, and dreary wastelands of snow and ice that needed escaping. It was wonderful, roseneko and likeable_lemur are charming and gracious hosts, and it required a crowbar and narcotics to convince me to leave.

3. Oh yeah also
For those of you who game with me or do anything social, I apparently got cast in a play. I was a little nervous since I hadn't auditioned for anything in like twenty years. Apparently I needn't have worried. Here's how things went from my perspective: Walk in. Read the same part three times. Director closes up shop after the fourth reading. Get offered the part that night. Wonder when I got replaced by a superstar competent actor guy who HOLY CRAP GETS CAST IN LEADING ROLES.
This part is bigger than anything I've done (like 400 lines), and will involve learning to juggle and play mandolin.
I'm feeling intimidated (kind of terrified) but I'm trying to turn that energy into forward momentum. But it means that until mid-May when performances are I'm probably going to have very few cycles for anything besides the play. Exceptions will be made for AmberCon and OH YEAH PETER FRICKIN' MURPHY.

And below the cut, I bring you

Are you retruning dragon age two to get another version? I loved Origins, but am crazy about Two. I'm glad all went well in Arizona, and you'll have your outside life back before you know it, with new storys for everyone.

I love that picture. It's such a great example of the Cracked principle - success is as much about luck and not pissing the wrong people off as it is about hard work and dedication.

I'm sending it back for the PC version, yeah. I'm going to finish DA:O at least once before I play it, but probably not much more than that. (:

And I think 'not pissing the wrong people off' is rather key here. (: But I'm a big fat Socialist.

One of the major improvements over other biowear sequels in that you can pick choices for key events in origins in addition to importing a save. Also i love your Icon there

Oooo! I *do* like that option. It will also save me having to replay the first game several times to get the conditions I want in the second. (:
Yay icon! it's one of two Dark Crystal ones I made when I was feeling particularly witty. This one, I was actually looking for a cat in glasses but my Google Fu failed me. ):

Yeah I have at least one half finished game for every origin, but i only have one complete save to load form so this saved me form having to rush through my origins games to play two again. I failed basic google, its why i have friends who can find things for me. though you at least have mastered basic image manipulation, i failed that to, but i can at least usually write a mildly witty sentence. I'll take what i can get.
