So remember my whine earlier about my shirt?
There's a second tear in it now, and Threadless has a very generous return policy. So I wrote them asking if this was a common problem--should I order a replacement or a refund?
And *ten minutes later* I got a response from a human. "Wow, we're sorry. Can you send us a photo of the damage? As soon as you do, we'll get a replacement in the mail. Plus, if you don't mind, we'll include a coupon."

So I have to say that I'm quite pleased with the customer service at Threadless.

I've heard similar stories from a lot of people. If my wardrobe weren't already fairly overrun with t-shirts I might seriously consider buying from them.

I figure as much as I bitch and complain when people screw up, I should mention it when somebody gets it especially right. (:
