I'll allow for the NIN inclusion under the category of differing tastes, but...

...how could you use the radio edit of "Hey Pretty" in a playlist about sex? It cuts out his reading of nearly the whole sex part!

Yeah, that. The problem is, the House of Leaves track has like four different names depending on which CD or album it's been ripped from. So I *thought* that 'bonus track' would be different from the album track, and have Danielewski's spoken word stuff.
And since I was in a crazy chaotic hurry last night.... I'll swap it out today. Thank you for your help.

It is, but it's the radio edit, which sadly got chopped short in order to fit into the "must be three minutes long" format. The full version has a full...sixty seconds, probably, devoted to the second part of that encounter, between "lips trespassed on inner labyrinths of our ears" and "too bad dark languages rarely survive". And it seemed a bit silly, given the theme, to cut out the entire orgasm. :)

I'll send you the uncut track if you don't have it.

Oh. Then the reason I didn't use that mix is that I've never seen/heard it.
(Also, the scarcity of that mix may have to do with the fact that the album track is also only 3:46 long, so they would have done a special remix of the musical side for the 4:30 version as well as the different text. Do you know what single/album it was on? If you would, that would be lovely.)
