I think it is hardly fair that on days when I manage to get six or seven hours of sleep I wake up feeling more beaten up, worked over, and exhausted than on days when I've gotten four or five.
The rest is left as an exercize for the student.

I know you're being silly, but... you DO know that sleep dep is a bad, bad thing, right?

Better to try for eight hours and see if that helps. Though, of course, if you don't get home until 10:30 and you get up early for work, 8 hours is hard to cram in there. But there's this weekend coming up, and I think you should sleep for as much of it as possible.
