Coyote Cinema: Stupid Crazy Love

I know this was intended to be a touching heartwarming testament to the power of love and soulmates. I was... not really touched or warmed. It may have had to do with some plot choices, but it may just be that I'm not a big fan of Steve Carell. I liked Jacob. And I liked Hannah. But mostly it felt like eighty minutes of shaggy dog story for two minutes of payoff and then twenty minutes of denouement.

That's kind of a bummer. The trailers made me hope it was something more than that. I was rather hoping it was about how to pony up and take responsibility for your relationships to others. Silly me.
