Woke up, and wished that I was dead

The last two days of running have been thwarted by waking up with a very unpleasant headache at the base of my skull. (This is not where I usually get headaches.)

That's generally where I get headache that are stress/tension/neck muscle related. :( I hope you feel better soon.
