No subject line. In considerable pain. Fucked up back somehow. (But not as fucked up as the 'A' key on the laptop. Need to open it up and clean it.) Lying down and doing meditation/relaxation exercises. Having odd 'fever dreams'. Is there such a thing as Lucid Meditation? Like Lucid Dreaming but still awake?

Eee! Hope that back gets better. I've had that sort of odd mental state where your mind runs free but you aren't quite asleep, I don't know what it's called. Good question.
