Begin as you mean to go on

Despite waiting half an hour for the water to boil, I eventually got beans and greens made for the family. I'm combining laundry, several errands, getting milk, filling my prescriptions, and getting some exercise into one long surge that should be finished before dark. It's blustery out and it feels stormy, so this will be exciting.

So far the new year seems pretty shiny.
