ugh. Even if it has a cute and kicky name like 'Naserol' it's still awful when you spray it into your nose. It tickles and makes you all sneezy, and then it runs down into the back of your throat and makes you cough and choke.
Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but taking twice-daily medication should not make me want to vomit.
However. We did another strep test, just in case, and I'll get the results tomorrow. But she thinks it's just a cold, maybe compounded by hay fever. She told me that even though I have a lovely voice I should avoid talking for a couple of days. But I think she just felt bad because the automatic blood pressure cuff bruised me.
And I got an albutyrol inhaler for use 'as needed' to clear my lungs.

Sounds like you are applying the nasal stuff right. And yes, it is mucho disgusting. I recommend leaning forward or not leaning back while applying to minimize it running down your throat. If you lean forward, have lots of tissue handy because the excess will run out your nose, probably along with all your nose's current contents.

I feel for you.

The directions say to start leaning forward, inhale deeply, and then lean back.
I'm trying to find a happy balance between the two.
