Disappointment never smelled so good
May. 5th, 2012 01:30 pmThere was chicken and cow in the fridge threatening to turn, and so this morning I came down to prep some tequila lime chicken. That there were no limes did not surprise me *too* much, although zest is very yummy. But there was also no tequila. So I went cuban, with a spicy garlic marinade, and added a hint of triple sec for the 'not really citrus' flavor.
Win.
