cyranoSitting and listening to the KLF, I wonder to myself "What other bands came out of Scotland?"
My old life: Sit and chew on it, chasing down leads in my head, hoping my memory is the least bit reliable, with a new name popping up every few minutes for review. Have it taking up cycles in the back of my head for possibly two or three days. Call Enik. "What about Elvis? He's Irish, right? Not Scottish. The Proclaimers? I'm pretty sure Leith is by Edinburgh."
My new life: Google for 'bands from scotland'. Click on Wikipedia entry. Done. Oh wait, discover new band. Go to Spotify to listen to an album.
