Is low blood sugar a possibility? I've noticed that a lot of my inexplicable anxiety attacks coincide with times I've not eaten (or have been eating poorly).
I'd just finished lunch (garlic chicken!), so probably not. I will keep an eye on that in the future, though. My best guess was that it was time to get ready to get out of the house and go to the library, which isn't a source of stress usually, or the box full of boxes that I brought up the stairs telling me "everything needs to go into this now". When I sat with it a moment, it resolved itself. I'm not certain if that means it is more likely or less likely to have been sparked by random internal chemistry. It frustrates me that at times the answer is just "your body is fucking around".
*nods* I'm glad it resolved itself. Sometimes things that aren't usually triggers can become triggers in the presence of additional stress factors (i.e. moving). Here's hoping more mindfulness can help keep you functional through all of this.
