Home, washing my uniforms. Survived the day. Settling down with a piping hot bowl of Cream of Aspirin soup. Saying 'ow' on occasion when I make my muscles do something they don't like.

Very gentle {{{HUGS}}}. I suggest a nice long soak in a nice hot bath, plus Advil as needed. Oh, and do try to find some of those lavender bean-bag thingies that heat up in the microwave, they're absolute bliss for sore muscles. Hopefully, you won't need one by the time you get to Tucson, but if you do, mine is at your disposal.

prrpt. Getting better; I can actually reach behind my back this morning. Couldn't take a bath last night on account of laundry, but I'm planning room for one tonight if it's needed.
