At night I wake up with the sheets soaking wet

Is there a preferred or suggested method for cleaning a mattress and a pillow that have been peed on? The pillow is not down, so maybe I can just toss it in the washer and try to dry it. The mattress will be more difficult. It's a pillow top, too.
(Kirby: at least I wasn't in the bed this time.)

Fabreeze, or other enzyme treatment.

Use a black-light to make the pee light up, so you can see to get it all.
