At night I wake up with the sheets soaking wet

Is there a preferred or suggested method for cleaning a mattress and a pillow that have been peed on? The pillow is not down, so maybe I can just toss it in the washer and try to dry it. The mattress will be more difficult. It's a pillow top, too.
(Kirby: at least I wasn't in the bed this time.)

I am too. I didn't actually see the event in question, but my strong powers of deductive reasoning lead me to either (a) cats or (b) some sort of second-story artist who doesn't steal anything but merely seeks to annoy his victims.
