Poor poor pitiful me

So last night, to my joy, I discovered and procured a copy of the second Top Ten TPB.
This morning I sat down with Joss Nevin's annotations to the series and something snacky and.... discovered that I cannot find the first TPB. I have no idea where the hell I put the thing.
Damn it.
I need to find myself another simple pleasure to avoid being glum the rest of the day. Maybe UPS will actually deliver my afri-persian pop music CD today.

Edit: The CD came. Now all I need is to find somebody who can read the scrawly Arabic script the liner notes are all in.

TPB--Trade Paper Back. Like the larger copy of Good Omens that Laura gave us, usually bigger than a pocket paper back, and often a first printing in paper back.
Often times, with comics, it's a collection of several issues in bound format.

Ah! Okay. I had never seen the acronym and I had no idea what 'Top Ten' was, either, so no context.

Top Ten is an Alan Moore (Watchmen, V For Vendetta, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, From Hell) comic which sort of poses the question "What would Hill Street Blues have been like if everybody in town had super powers?"
I highly recommend it.
