I'm also, now that I've moved my portable CD player up into the tower, getting to listen to music in a way that's conducive to listening to new music once a week. And I finally got to sit down with the CDs I snagged at Lil Moses' housecooling/farewell.
Friendly as a Hand Grenade, terra Regina, and the goofily named Silence is Foo, from Dichroic Mirror who are too underground and cool to be sold on Amazon--all of these were good listens. I'm surprised not to see Gumbo Millenium by 24-7 Spyz on Amazon either, although they have other albums. It's another one that I remember from The Station (KBVR FM, 88.7: All the way to the left, and then a little bit to the right). It's not a bad listen, but I'm glad I didn't pay money for it.
