I don't often do memes. And this one, in fact, I've done before. But that was a while back and now there are new people on the list and new interests on the queue.
Look over my interests.
If you see one you'd like explained, or you'd like me to explain why I'm interested in it, post a comment. Most of them, I'm pretty sure, are self explanatory.

Date: 2005-01-24 05:34 pm (UTC)"Any passing fad" is a line from La Vie Boheme, the Act I closing number for Rent. It's a song about hedonism, about carpe diem, and about all the wonderful things there are in this life.
"Long drapey trenchcoats" look dramatic and very cool. I'm all about looking dramatic and very cool.
"Urban Fantasy" is about elves and fairies that live in today's cities, in the parks, in that big Victorian on the corner or in a fifth floor walkup in Sunset. I'm most fond of authors like De Lint, Bull, Brust, and Shetterly.
"Johnny the Homicidal Maniac" is a comic book by Jhonen Vasquez, about a Homicidal Maniac and the nature of reality.
And, of course, "We love the Swanky Modes".
