Good god it's only eight. Three more hours before work is done. But the moon last night was huge and golden. And there's new Lost tonight. Starving. Want a corn dog. And I want my hard drive put in the new computer. Anybody with some experience, am I wise to avoid messing with it unsupervized, or am I blowing the scary factor out of proportion?

Hard drive installation is easy. Mount it in the rails, plug in power and IDE. The only thing you might have to do is make sure it's set up as master or slave, depending on whether it's a primary or secondary drive. The OS should recognize it at boot, then format (if necessary) and go.
