There's also Pirates of the Burning Sea in development, which employs Kevin Maginn as a game designer. I can't really say a ton about it, because I don't really have a clear idea about which things I know are public or not, but I expect they'll have Pirate-y goodness to the shelves sooner than Disney.

There might be evil undead pirates somewhere - I know that the devs are big fans of Tim Powers - but I don't really know.
