And never brought to mind

I've been very bad about celebrating my gifts here, but I have in fact received quite a few lovely and delightful things. (I mention Tersa, the Wild Paletz and her boy Chatty, Miss Friday, Miss Poole, Lil Moses, my Mom, Cindy, Ebonlock, and I'm sure I've forgotten people and hope they are not too offended.) But today I really need to mention that Tamago gave me a Hot Schoolgirl. With red hair.

And this was mentioned in a friend's journal, and it's been stuck in my mind. The idea of declaring a War on Tsunami, which is bound to be nearly as effective as the War on Drugs or the War on Terror and really show the international community that this country cares about the devastation in Asia. Plus, less collateral damage from dropping bombs into the Indian Ocean.
