School's out for summer

So today I had to cook up the pork I bought, and I had this crushing desire to make breaded yummy. So, in my further attempt to lower my Glycaemic Index, I replaced bread crumbs/whatever with falafel mix.
We'll see how that works.

Falafel-encrusted baked pork. TJ's quality applesauce. And a Stuart's ginger beer infused with vodka. And since you need something pickled with vodka, then garlic cloves on the side. And Sergio Leone on the television for inspiration. Maybe tonight I'll finish this story.
