And now I'm about two fingers deep into a bottle of Romano Black sambuca which, let me tell you, has a hell of a kick to it. And that's just the flavor.
I doubt I'll accomplish much more tonight, but then again I don't care.
EDIT: I thought 'what if I were to chill the sambuca? That'd be interesting!'
And the texture is really neat. I love the transition from ice cold to body temperature. But when it's warm, or room temperature, the flavor is... it's like it's aerating, and you can't take a deep breath over the glass without coughing on it. It's like you head is engulfed in an anise-flavored cloud. Mmmmm.
