Quick catch up
Jul. 15th, 2008 11:16 amToday I found out that bananas and energy bars (two recent additions to my diet) are both pretty much unforgivably high on the GI/GL scale. Anybody want a box of Powerbars? Cheap.
Yesterday there was a trip to Monterey that involved mojitos and salt water spray. A definite improvement from last week. Hoping the rest of the week makes an attempt to live up to that.
