Back in ye olde days of Return Path, a friend shared some software that let me listen to my home iTunes library at work. However, that was some time and a few computers ago, and I can't remember the name of the programme. "Fish" something? Anyway, my Google fu is weak and thus I come to the LJ hivemind to make a withdrawl from the memory bank.

Anybody think this sounds familiar? Bonuses for 'easy to use for non-technical people'.

Hurrah for myfitnesspal.com and healthydiningfinder.com* for providing me with handy online information to make my dining life easier.
Also, hurrah to Chili's, Subway, and Burger King* (even if there's nothing I can eat at Burger King) for putting their nutritional information online.

*Not an extensive list, just the ones I've found in the past hour.

Holy Carp!

Also? Congratulations to my AmberCon buddy Felicity Shoulders for her Nebula-nominated short story "Conditional Love"!

It didn't hit me quite so sharply with Mubarak, because honestly he never really cut that much of a figure, but it really showed with Qaddafi. He's not just old, he looks like the life has been drained out of him. My Qaddafi, the "Line of Death" Qaddafi? If you liked that type, he was handsome and confident--he was a GQ dictator. Qaddafi, Mubarak, Castro.... all the superpower puppet dictators of my youth, they're just not the same. Who feels threatened by a Communist in a wheelchair? Chrissy Hynde was right. They just don't make 'em like they used to.

*Certain people* will probably freak the hell out over this video game, a journey through the magical land of West Egg.

I can't get past level 2. q:
