Kind of a dick move, Universal.

Tonight I re-watched Scott Pilgrim. (Forgot how much I enjoyed it.) And.... just wow. Universal left in the bonus *menus* but went through and specfically removed all the bonus material, replacing it with with a snotty note that said "This is a rental copy. If you weren't such a cheap bastard, you would have gotten a non-rental copy that hadn't been neutered."

Also? I concur with Rose's review. Not a great movie, but a movie with a great deal of heart. Which is impressive for a movie largely about chunks of metal ramming into each other. ++Danny Elfman and Poe on the score. ++Metropolis ring chicks. Made me cry, but that's not really difficult.
Three wags--I enjoyed it, but not a lot of rewatch value to it.
