Yesterday I came across a quote to the effect of: Bin Laden, al Alaqi, and Qaddafi in six months. If Obama was a Republican he'd be on Mount Rushmore. I shared it with a friend who made the caveat that Obama didn't have a direct hand in the last, and I allowed that was true. But this morning I remembered that Reagan gets credit for 'winning the Cold War'.
