Turn signals: useful even in blinding snowfall

On the advice of friends, I've been trying to take it less personally when somebody on the road tries to kill me for either no particular reason or the hopes of shaving two or three seconds off their commute. Because it's not as if they want me personally to lie in a culvert on the side of the road, my life blood spurting out of me, my limbs crushed. They would want anybody else to expire painfully too.

But today that deal is off.
