Hurrah for syndication. Although I'm afraid the new Doctor Who may be a bit too liberal for PBS to pick up, unless we can balance it out with some sort of conservative view on the prawns living next to the deep sea heat vent.

Well, you know, those raving commies have gotten a lot of free market shaping up now that Dick and George are on the case. They got rid of Bill 'Anarchy Now' Moyers, and they've still got three years to clean house.

PBS is about as liberal as the rest of the media -- that is, not. The board of directors is controlled by right wing nuts, it has Tucker Carlson, etc, etc. Individual local stations may escape this, since they have autonomy.
