It was very warm today. I didn't do very much that involved movement--made a few follow up calls on some jobs and sent resumes out for others, read some of Mark's lovely game book (I was amused to find a character named Chloe Markham in it) and drank a lot of water and diet cola. But I had a housemate--she wasn't feeling well and stayed home today.
Tonight I had Luc and his ladywife over for Angel night, and we were very pleased with Joss' cleverness. And he and I both admired how Fred was being integrated into the current plotline. And we all loved Skip.
Later, I finally admitted that my financial situation was so completely abgefuckt that it would be terribly indulgent of me to think I was still going to be able to attend OryCon this year, no matter how badly I'd like to pretend that I could go.
And I'm not happy about it, in case anybody should ask.

What with me cutting out my visit to CA due to finances, and you having to cut out Orycon similarily, I'm beginning to get cranky...
Perhaps when we both find jobs again, things will be easier.
Miss you...
