Dragged a comb across my head
Mar. 29th, 2006 05:04 pmThere were lots of durable goods at significantly reduced price on my last trip to Safeway, so I bought lots of rice a roni, Sobe, Safeway sparkly diet water, and Arizona lemon tea. I dislike the taste of tea, but I guess with the bottles of iced tea they add enough sweetener that it's okay.
Anyway. So yesterday I had one of the bottles of tea. Only realizing later that it was in fact tea. Black tea, with all the attendant caffeine. So at about five o'clock this morning I finally fell asleep. (And I didn't even play Sims! Which may be good. Last time I played I set Mrs. on fire.) Windrose? I thought of you a lot and your posting about insomnia. (: Anyway. I woke up at noon and thus was just able to get myself out the door and to work on time. It's raining again, so maybe I should drink more tea to keep myself coherent through the work day. Forgot my gym clothes, so no work out session tonight. I'll just have to go twice tomorrow. Looks like the trip to Bakersfield is on. The chin strap is effective, but makes my muscles ache. This is, with luck, a transitory thing, although I could live with it long term.
Aelfsciene found a link to which certainly increases my desire to see the film, and also produces a driving desire to play this game. Perhaps several times.
And in closing, I made a new icon last night.

Date: 2006-03-30 05:07 am (UTC)Yeah, your CD and JC's mixes were two of the reasons it took so long to... wait. This isn't the post I made on Audiography reviewing the mix disc that it took me four months to get to.
But yeah, and I took the disc into the house because I want to split them up into individual mixes and listen to them discretely. I'm hoping this will create a less uneven listening experience, because I really liked the parts I liked. (:
