And now the further adventures of TOO MUCH CAFFEINE GUY!!!!

So it's 04:30 and I should really be asleep (even though really it's only 01:30 back home but I caught the red-eye to Dulles last night and so didn't sleep at all but there was this cheese and fruit tray and I'm reading the Stand oh remind me to tell you about the Stand at the end of the post) because this evening we're going to see PIRATES WOO TENTACLES KRAKENY GOODNESS and plus tomorrow I have to leave for the airport at like 4am or something insane like that because I am teh insane (Insane in the Membrane) except we went to Windrose's dad's house for dinner (Sue is the best part of Florida--she is even better than the ocean and DisneyWorld and manatees and Jimmy Buffett and that old Civil War prison where they incarcerated Doctor Mudd for conspiring to kill the president) and I have this unreasonable desire to have her dad think highly of me and so he asked me if I wanted a drink and I was the designated driver so no alcohol and I'm trying to avoid the HFCS and the caffeine and I for some reason felt really stupid saying "No thanks I'll just have water" and so I had an entire can of Diet Coke (SILVER BULLET!) and wow that was stupid and so even after WR and I went shopping and came home and talked for like four hours and watched SG:A because O The Snark and then talked for another three hours and holy god the sun's gonna come up soon and I am STILL AWAKE RAAAR I sent her to bed and tried to go to bed and failed (FAILURE!) so anyway yeah, I'm gonna knit a sweater for one of you except I don't have any measurements so I'm gonna have to guess at the size but don't worry it'll look fine.
I think I'm gonna watch Amazing Screw-On Head one more time.

Not so much. Have you ever seen Real Genius?

I should fix that sometime. If nothing else, it'll give me an excuse to buy the DVD.

Okay. ;-)

THe "You knit?" was sort of a joke, btw...

Yeah, I know, but the initial joke was a reference to the movie. And if you haven't seen it, you should.

Dude, I was just referencing "Lazlo Holyfeld" in another LJ post last week. Creepy.

"You run?"
"Only when chased..."

"Honey, why does this sweater have 7 arms?"
"I got really good at that part, and I had some extra yarn, so it just seemed silly to let it go to waste!"

Weird. I'm thinking you wrote this at 4:30*am* but the post says 4:30*pm*. And I was very confused as to why it would matter if you should be asleep or not. :)

Hunh. I can only guess that the laptop's internal configuration is... yep, it's twelve hours off.

Remind me to never, ever, ever ask you to try the chocolate covered coffee beans.

I find it fascinating you forget all punctuation save apostrophes, paretheses, and exclamation points in such a state.

Sounds a little like what an amazing screw-on head might sound like. Ever model?

I used to model socks. On the radio. Maybe you heard me. (:
And I got commas in there too! I'd probably use semicolons and maybe colons. Okay, I lied--I just went back and looked and this time there are no commas. But they are an option.
(Bleah! Coffee! Tastes like boiled beans.)

Chocolate covered coffee beans are different. They are the beans themselves coated in a lot of chocolate. Speaking as one who loathes coffee with the power of a nova, they aren't bad. But man, you can feel the caffeine.

hmmm. Then maybe. But I have reservations--it seems a terrible waste of chocolate. (:
