Okay. The last train south (every day but Sunday) leaves Millbrae station at 00:25
I'll have to do more research to find out how long it would take me to get from the airport to the train station, but that sounds feasible for most nights. Of course, work will only subsidize my rail pass if I give up my parking permit, and I don't think I'm prepared to pay long term parking prices for those occasional days that I *know* will arise when the train won't work. So I'll be covering the $100/month pass myself if I go with the 'get a bike' plan.

Date: 2006-09-09 02:04 am (UTC)From my personal experience I like a nice temperature-controlled gym. Now that we have an elliptical exerciser in the house I bought twp 10lb. and one 20lb. hand-weight, and I can get in a good workout in the comfort of my own home.

Date: 2006-09-10 03:00 am (UTC)I don't know how long it would take me to bike from the station to work or vice versa, but the time on the train would be about forty minutes, so I wouldn't see a *whole* lot of added time, unless I counted the sitting around waiting for the train at the station.
