Last night I realized that with the breather I could pull the covers up over my head and stay there. And the monsters could *never* get me.

The last time I was there, even with the breather, you'd do that not inhaling thing. It might be worth mentioning to your doc.

What's with the Tetragrammaton-censoring all of a sudden?

It's not so much sudden as sporadic. It's one of those things I picked up in rabbinical essay, where the idea that any piece of paper with the the name of the Lord written on it wasn't supposed to be destroyed, and they talked about email, and the problem of deleting email which had His name in it, and that was the workaround that this particular Rabbi suggested.
And I was on Elbows at the time, a mailing list with a large contingent of Boston Bisexual Jews, and so out of consideration for their inboxes, I picked up the habit.
