Date: 2006-11-10 11:43 pm (UTC)Haze is an atmospheric phenomenon where dust, smoke and other pollutant particles obscure the normal clarity of the sky. It occurs when dust and smoke particles accumulate in relatively dry air.
While haze is formed in relatively dryish air, in more humid air mist is formed, and the haze particles can even act as condensation nuclei for the mist droplets.
Thus I must conclude (having recently visited and ascertained the relative lack of humidity in the area) that there was some sort of pleasant smoke or dust in your head recently, and skullular weather conditions have prevented it from dispersing through normal means.
