I get some amusing spam text sometimes. I occasionally consider sharing it with others. Perhaps even collecting them for a coffee table book, mostly because of the irony of the potential of making money off of spammers. This, however, is the first time I actually bothered to share any of it.

Yes, that entire bit is the subject line. I think it would make a great name for a rock band.

Another great name for a rock band, "The struggle against ideological extremists who do not believe in free societies who happen to use terror as a weapon". Alas, it is just as I feared. Now that the Democratic party has swept back into power, the Daily Show has suddenly become dramatically not-funny and I can no longer watch it.

What exactly is being advertised in the spam? I've gotten emails like this, but if opened (due to curiosity), all I ever see is a bunch of gibberish.

Down at the bottom, underneath all the filter-defeating filler, was a promotion for a Hot New Stock that I'd better buy now or I would end up poor alone and despised. It's usually either a stock or 'natural supplements'.
