My friend Phil says that all anger is born of fear. Right now I'm pretty sure the only thing I'm afraid of is that I will rupture a blood vessel and die of a brain haemorrhage before I am able to beat to death everyone who needs to be beaten.

I don't know if frustration is caused by fear. It might not apply.
