There are these 'fizzy water' drinks that I buy, no calories, no caffeine, that sort of thing, as rewards for having already taken in a liter of water for the day. Usually I buy lemon, key lime or cherry flavor. This week I accidentally picked up a cranberry/raspberry bottle that somebody had callously hidden among the cherries. And it's nasty. The taste of it reminds me of the ammoniac reek of a used cat box.
I don't think I'll be buying this flavor again. Not for myself, at least....

If you have SafeWay then you should be able to find it. It's the store brand "Clear" sparkling water beverage. It doesn't have the really bitter taste that so many minerally waters have.

Yep. There's a little red S in the bottom corner of the label, so it's either that or it's bottled in Superman's Fortress of Solitude. Sugar free. Sodium free. Calorie free. Fruit free.

Still congested. Still working fifty hour weeks. Still falling behind on stuff outside work that needs to get done. Financial Aid seminar on the fourth which I think I'll be able to attend.

How long do you have to work the extra hours? I think I am getting the sore throat etc stuff that is going around. Know what you mean about falling behind, I am having a lot of trouble with my knee again. It is the same one I had trouble with when Guillermo and I were there. The fourth of Feb. for the fin. aid seminar?

Yeah, February for the seminar, which is good because I'm supposed to already be done with the paperwork I'll bet. I'm working the extra time until the end of the month, and I'm going to try to balance six day weeks and four day weeks because I want to try and abuse my flying priveleges before fall.

Well, there's the trip to Gasparilla, visits to folks in Las Vegas, San Diego, Boston, Seattle, Chicago and Idaho Falls, two museum exhibits this summer that I want to see, and my last chance to fly to Hawaii affordably.
....I think that's everything, barring my actually getting a passport which I just don't think is going to happen.

Where is Gasparilla? Sounds like you are going to be busy. Did you know that your sister is having a baby in May?

Gasparilla is in Tampa at the end of this month. It's a local celebration of Gaspar somebody or other, local historic pirate celebrity figure. And I will only be busy if I actually figure I can *do* all of these things. (: I had no idea that my sister had decided she was running short of children in the house and was going to be making a trip to Baby CostCo for more.

I don't know what she was thinking and it is best if I don't talk to her about it. I told Sarah it was her fault cause she has been talking about moving out when she graduates and she scared mom that she would be short a kid so she decided to have another one.

smart ass. Myriah is maddly looking for a job and dee says I still haven't killed the twins so I guess it will be alright. All of her family seem to be happy about this. What can I say I tried to raise a daughter with a bit of common sense. Thank heavens you aren't trying to keep up with her.
