I'm fairly certain mentioning that there will be a new episode some time in January doesn't count as a spoiler. I'm often confused by what counts and what doesn't.
I'm with you on this one. If it's publically available ON THE TV, it's not a spoiler. And I suspect the trailers are showing as commercials all freakin week.
