Who put the bomp in the bomp bomp bomp?

My stars. It is a week for esoteric questions. Hrm. The first question to ask is, who benefits from putting the bomp in the bomp bomp bomp? Follow the money, as Woodward and Bernstein learned. And whoever it was, they did it three times. So they're either very methodical or were putting the bomp in with a great deal of passion and lack of control. Personally, I'm leaning toward the methodical, here, given some of the other clues we've seen. Which leads us, really, to a single possible conclusion.
