One of my friends. Who will remain nameless. Was worried that she wouldn't be able to get to sleep at a reasonable hour tonight because she'd napped earlier.
I feel fairly certain she's doing fine, because apparently I'm the one whose sleep schedule was screwed up by her nap. Curses!
Who knew that sort of thing was transferrable?
(Also: This week on Dresden Files, more black people. None of them are drug dealers. Yay.)

I started watching the beginning of the ep last night and the first thing that became overwhelmingly obvious to me was that this was the ep that should've been shown at the beginning of the series' run. It actually explained a helluva lot even in the first 15 minutes or so that I watched. It was a series establishing episode, no question about it and it's coming halfway through the run.

Entertainment executives in general seem to have absolutely no clue about how to tell a story. I mean absolutely none, and yet they have all the power in the industry. Madness.

Oh ah! I haven't seen it yet, but I noticed that it was "Stormfront".
Which the creators *wanted* to be the initial episode, as I understand, and wanted it to be a two hour premiere.
And remember, the industry isn't about telling stories. It's about making the monies. That's why the suits run the place--they think they can do it better.
