My Achilles tendon has been sore and resisted extension for at least the past week. The disintegration of my physical shell continues.
Perhaps soon I will metamorphose. With my six-day weeks coming up, this is certainly credible. I hope I become a pretty pretty butterfly. I will perch on Mark's head, and I will flit from flower to flower drinking nectar.

Try using that jar of rub on the back of your leg and down to your heel. Are you wearing shoes that rub on that spot. Without your bike you are doing more walking? Guess Who

Oh hey. I hadn't thought of trying the goo on it.
The boots do not rub any more than they used to, and I'm not having any trouble with blisters or breaking the skin. But I am doing a lot more walking.

Dude. You're on. I'll never play D&D again, if that goes through. Are you going to make a house call or do I need to get up there somehow? (That might make it less worthwhile.) While you're at it, my back is really discombobulated too.
