Sing me to sleep
Nov. 10th, 2007 02:10 pmgrr.
I tried to arrange it this morning so that I could sleep in and catch up on my rest.
Not so. I was up at seven, even earlier than my standard weekday wake up call. And so I tried to go back to sleep and then puttered. And finally I gave up and showered and started my day.
And I'm still getting my afternoon dozeys, where I try to get some reading or some television watching (or, say, writing a dinner party murder mystery) done and instead I nod off. Just like my dad.
It's difficult to take care of my body when my body fights me on it.
And my hip is really pained for some reason.
