I had a baked pork bun for breakfast.
Within half an hour, I was feeling fatigued and achey and a little queasy.
Within two hours I was getting a headache and I could literally feel the muscles at the base of my skull tightening.

Date: 2008-05-22 07:56 pm (UTC)I'd suggest that you experiment with eating individual pieces of the meal and seeing what you react to, except for the part where you're likely to trigger more pain, and it could be an interaction between two things.
Is an allergy test an option for you?
