Jun. 27th, 2008 08:05 pmI managed to get in half an hour swimming this morning, which made me feel better about not biking or going to the gym as much as I wanted the past few months.
It's totally the same thing.
Yes it is. It totally is.
Shut up.
This afternoon Miss Friday wandered the town like a vagrant while I caught the matinee performance of The Clay Cart, which is kind of like a Bollywood remix of a Marx Brothers movie with a good Hindu moral. I very much enjoyed it, and have no complaints. The ending did not drag, which I approve of. There was singing and dancing and music, which seems to be the theme this year at OSF. (I'm keen to see if they can work it into Coriolanus tomorrow.) It was light fluffy fare and good fun, and if this is a harbinger of the non-Western flavor they want to bring to OSF then good on them.
There will likely be more swimming tonight, depending on how full the pool is.
