Good choices. Also interesting to see how easy it is to pretty much avoid Ambery games and still have cool options.

My handicapping: I bet you'll get Abalaa, as it's huge. Slot 2, I dunno; if you don't get Mean Streets I'll probably run a playtest here and get you in there; I talked Being Prince Benedict up to the skies but who knows if I was heard. If you get Objects in slot 3 you'll probably be in for a great time, as Acton's a great GM; I was tempted but didn't know the background. Slot 4, the Firefly games always seem to be fought over tooth and nail; Simone's game is also cool. Slot 5, we may be together, I have no idea how many other people know that Y. and J. are awesome. Slot 5, I bet you'll get, since it's my impression that there are fewer people out for the Indie games, though on the other hand Pol ran another PTA game that was apparently so fucking gonzo that everyone involved was crying with laughter... The phrase "And in the last 30 seconds, we fucking leveled!" may appear. I think they all got together, drank a lot, and sabotaged the system with Pol's buy-in. Ask [livejournal.com profile] rob_donoghue. If you do get in, I'd lay money on you in Karrin J.'s contest to see that Pol is made to cry again. Slot 7, I dunno how popular Who is, but Amber and Roy are cool.

Yeah, I had to rely on spelling and grammar as well as style and content because most of the GMs are black box territory for me, but I was pleased with the number of games that I was interested in. I'm still going to read the book you loaned me, and be prepared to roll with the punches, but there was a lot of the text for Amber games that went sailing over my head.

We did, in fact, fucking level. And yes, it was so gonzo extreme. Making Pol cry should be a competitive sport, it's such fun.

So was this tears of joy from laughing, or tears of despair?
